Abstract

One of the basic principles of the Law on Obligations is the principle according to which the parties are obliged to respect the Obligation to fulfill and thereby responsible for its fulfillment. This axiom is, in fact, embodied well-known principle of “pacta sunt servanda” which is a cornerstone of legal certainty in the contract. Firming contractual discipline of parties from the contract of the office space lease, it is very important knowledge of their rights and obligations. In this sense, the author’s analysis of the relevant regulations filigree and rich jurisprudence sought to work covered almost all relevant issues that concern the rights and obligations of private private law subjects from the contract of the office space lease. However, exposed due to the volume of matter, the issues that arise regarding the termination of this specific contractual relationship and alienating the subject of the lease, remain the subject of some another analysis of the future work.
