Urbani prostor postaje poligon preplitanja različitih interesa te odražava ukupne društvene prilike. Novi društveni odnosi mijenjaju pristup planiranju urbanog razvoja (ekonomskog, socijalnog, infrastrukturnog, prostornog). U planiranju prostora grada sukoblјavaju se interesi pojedinih društvenih grupa. Novouspostavlјene fizičke strukture dugoročno mijenjaju urbani koncept i aktuelizuju problem efikasnog i pravičnog upravlјanja urbanim prostorom i uspostavlјanja održivih urbanih struktura u funkciji ukupnog razvoja. Rad aktuelizira različite aspekte savremene transformacije urbanog prostora Banje Luke s kritičkim osvrtom na uspostavlјenu praksu i urbane strukture, te ukazuje na probleme socioekonomskog razvoja i prostorno-funkcionalne organizacije proizašle iz stihijskog razvoja i sukoba različitih interesa u postsocijalističkom društvu.</p> Mira Mandić Copyright (c) 2024 https://doisrpska.nub.rs/index.php/SBERS/article/view/10876 Fri, 26 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0200 SINERGISTIČKI EFEKAT OLOVO-ACETATA I ALOKSANA NA PRIRAST MASE I ORGANOSOMATSKI INDEKS JETRE WISTAR PACOVA INFICIRANIH EŠERIHIJOM https://doisrpska.nub.rs/index.php/SBERS/article/view/10873 <p>Različiti biotički i abiotički agensi svakodnevno izazivaju zdravstvene promjene posebno najosjetlјivijih članova populacije. Dijabetičari, kao veoma osjetlјiv dio populacije, znatno su podložniji bakterijskim infekcijama, kao i toksičnom efektu pojedinih polutanata. Aloksan se univerzalno upotreblјava za izazivanje eksperimentalnog dijabetesa na laboratorijskim pacovima, dajući kliničku sliku kao dijabetes tip 1 kod lјudi. Cilј rada bio je da se utvrdi zajedničko dejstvo olovo-acetata i aloksana na prirast tjelesne mase i organosomatski indeks jetre Wistar pacova inficiranih ešerihijom. Signifikantno slabiji prirast mase (p&lt;0,05) ostvarile su testne jedinke izložene dejstvu bakterijske infekcije, kao i one intoksikovane olovom, dok je negativna vrijednost ovog parametra konstatovana za sinergističko dejstvo testnih materija. Organosomatski indeski jetre pacova pokazali su značajan rast vrijednosti kod dijabetičnih jedinki podvrgnutih infekciji u odnosu na kontrolnu grupu i jedinke podvrgnute samo jednom tretmanu. Kod dijabetičara hiperglikemija može narušiti i urođeni i stečeni imunitet čime se smanjuje otpornost na patogene infekcije i prateće bolesti. Urban space becomes the ground of interweaving different interests and reflects the overall social conditions. New social relations shift the approach toward urban development planning (economic, social, infrastructural, spatial), which is at the discrepancy between the city population needs and interests of the individual social groups. The newly established physical structures change the urban concept in the long-term period and actualize the problem of efficient and equitable managment of urban space and the establishment of sustainable urban structures in the function of overall development. The paper focuses on various aspects of modern transformation of urban space of Banja Luka with a critical review of the established practice and urban structures and points out the problems of socio-economic development and spatial-functional organization resulting from elemental development and conflict of different interests in the post-Socialist society.</p> Mira Mandić Copyright (c) 2024 https://doisrpska.nub.rs/index.php/SBERS/article/view/10877 Fri, 26 Apr 2024 00:00:00 +0200 SYNERGISTIC EFFECTS OF LEAD-ACETATE AND ALLOXAN ON BODY WEIGHT GAIN AND ORGANOSOMATIC LIVER INDEX OF WISTAR RAT INFECTED WITH ESCHERICHIA https://doisrpska.nub.rs/index.php/SBERS/article/view/10875 <p>Different agents, both biotic and abiotic, cause health changes in most vulnerable members of the human population. Diabetics, as very sensitive members of the population, are significantly more susceptible to bacterial infections, as well as to the toxic effect of certain pollutants. Alloxan is a common diabetogenic agens often used to induce experimental diabetes in laboratory rats, giving the clinical picture as type 1 diabetes in humans. The aim of this study was to determine common effects of lead-acetate and alloxan on body weight gain and organosomatic liver index of Wistar rat infected with escherichia. Significantly lower weight gain (p &lt;0.05) was achieved by the test subjects exposed to bacterial infection, as well as by lead-acetate toxication. The negative value of this parameter was determined for the synergistic effect of the test substances. Values of organosomatic liver indexes showed a significant increase in diabetic rats exposed to infection in relation to the control group and rats treated with only one agens. In diabetic patients, hyperglycaemia may harm both innate and acquired immunity, thereby reducing resistance to pathogenic and associated illnesses.
