Abstract

Comparative analysis of vehicles damaged is a fundamental method for clarifying traffi c accidents fraud. Accurate
and detailed analysis of the vehicle damage indicates whether the vehicle damage matched of the force intensity and
direction. This comparasion method is the most eff ective way to identify traffi caccident fraaud or attempted fraud in the
fi eld of auto insurance liability. Performance disclosure traffi c accidents fraud solely dependent on knowledge models
occurrence of such accidents. The aim of the paper is to present diff erent situations related to traffi c accidents fraud, in
order to work an expert in this cases would be more accurate and reliable answers given to the court and the parties.
