The Role of Expert in Cases of Compensation Lost Profit

Abstract

In our Law of Torts is in force principle of fullness which aims the full reparation of damages. The amount of damages shall be determined with regard to the amount of the loss and/or profit loss as the consequences of tortuous act, whether its cause in breach of the contract (contractual damages) or in tort (non-contractual, tort damages). In both cases, the creditor, with the fulfillment of legal requirements, is entitled to the compensation for simlpe loss and lost profit. But, while determining compensation for simple loss does not represent particular difficulties in jurisprudence, problems arise in determining compensation for lost profit.
