The Traffic Delict As An Element Of Traffic Safety
Abstract
A traffic delict is a negative and premanently current social phenomenon that contains the combination of causes, wide range of the consequences that need to be supressed by the community. The efficiency of these efforts depends of the thorough knowledge of this phenomenon, that is of being familiar with its significant phenomenological and etilogical elements. In order to get to know the traffic delict in the complexity of its completeness we need to decompose its thorough content, the elements of the certain significance, and especially the causes that would help reducing the rate of the traffic delicts.
This approach to the problem clearly indicates the scientific field where the starting point of this study should, naturally, be placed. The reality of every phenomenon in the sphere of delinquent, especially criminal behaviour has to be studied on the level of phenomenological and etilogical elements. These conditions put a systematic placement of subject analysis in the scientific field of the criminal morphology. In this sense, the traffic delict is the first object in the order of the scientific field of traffic criminalistics.
