Typical examples of building expertise in the field of hydraulic engineering, Celinac, Bosnia and Herzegovina

Abstract

This paper discusses a few examples of typical construction expertise that are related to Hydropower issues. During the construction of buildings (such as highways, dams with reservoirs, small hydro, animal farms, fisheries, gas stations, etc.), are often the negative consequences on the environment space, which results in considerable material damage to buildings and land. Problems most often ends up in the courts, where the injured party through the court requires reimbursement claims (net profit on agricultural land, compensation for damage to buildings, damage due to massive fish in ponds, etc.). To determine the causes and consequences of the negative impacts, in judicial proceedings conducted, the court often hire experts of cutting the waist (surveying, agriculture, construction and architectural, forestry, veterinary, economic, etc.).
