Determining the Authenticity of Traffic Accidents Using Multiple Comparative Analysis

Abstract

For the analysis of traffic accident it is necessary, in order to define and classify the omissions of the participants of a traffic accident, and conduct a detailed comparative analysis of all the material elements of the Writings and determine the causes and circumstances under which traffic accident occurred. It is not rare that expert, instead of the most common tasks (defining omissions, causes, circumstances, collision location, etc..), must, by the Court order, analyze whether the traffic accident occurred at all, whether it could happen in a certain way and whether the traffic participant who is prosecuted or sued for the occurrence of a traffic accident participated in that incident? This paper presents the method of determining the authenticity of traffic accidents by applying multiple comparative analysis.
