Abstract

Resolving this interdisciplinary expertise on defined tasks from the court decision regarding determining the impact of construction - tunnel on the highway Banja Luka - Gradiška in relation to a residential
building, owned by the plaintiff: Đudurović Dragana, the following description is given:
The residential building is located in ul. Jovana Jovanović Zmaja bb settlement Jelića Brdo, on the plot of cp
no. no. 492, registered in Z.K. cartridge no. 324, k.o. Laktaši (old survey) corresponding to cp no. no. 834, registered in the title deed number: 123/1, k.o. Laktaši - Rijeka, Z.K. cartridge no. 120. k.o. Laktaši - Rijeka (new
survey).
On 23.05.2020. year and 05.06.2020. year, members of the expert team of experts went to the site, or location
- residential building - the prosecutor, ie. wider area - Jelića brda, and performed detailed visual inspections,
identification of the facility and wider location, analyzed available documentation, collected additional information and data regarding terrain geology and changes in geological environmental conditions and the
state of damage to housing caused by tunnel construction on the Banja Luka highway - Gradiška regarding
the subject expertise.
