Abstract

In this paper, the authors have analyzed the lien and the problems that people face, and are related to the
lien. Special attention is paid to the problems when buying apartments and apartments under construction. Due to the
existence of various records in the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Property Legal Affairs, buyers who are not
sufficiently informed can get into an unenviable financial situation, which often happens in practice. In an effort to overcome the existing problem due to keeping several different records, it is planned to form a single record of the real estate
cadastre. The establishment of the real estate cadastre enables unhindered real estate transactions and security in legal
transactions.
