Abstract

In context of complicated human relations, right to work, as one of essential human rights, more often is violated
by diff erent forms of discrimination, especially by mobbing as form of violation of human relations at work place and
an occurrence that has tendency of expansion. Existing legal regulative of mobbing in Bosnia and Herzegovina doesn’t
contribute to repression of mobbing nor it facilitates it’s testifying in extrajudicial and judicial procedures. Bringing a
special law on mobbing requires a line of social, economical and legal reasons with the respect for legal frame found
in international and European positive legal acts, because existing legal regulative is not substantial for prevention and
suppression of this form of discrimination.
