Abstract

Juvenile delinquency has long been neglected by the purveyors of scientific thought. The justification has been found in a low rate of return, ignoring the fact that the low rate of return of juvenile delinquency is an illusion, whereby a considerable number of adult offenders are recruited from juvenile delinquents. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the study of this phenomenon and its causes, especially to the analysis of criminogenic factors, which can ultimately affect its reduction by applying appropriate preventive measures. Following that, the authors deal with the criminogenic factors of juvenile delinquency, presenting them through exogenous and endogenous etiology.
