CHILDREN AND JUVENILES AS SUBJECTS IN MINORITY PROCEEDINGS

Abstract

As the number of juveniles who commit misdemeanors increases from year to year, it is necessary to find a mechanism, or rather a way, to reduce this number in the coming period, which can be done through well-designed cooperation between the family, the environment, and the competent authorities (social protection system, police, health, education, and courts). When it comes to juveniles, special attention must be paid to the social conditions and causes that operate in the adolescent period and which, along with the influence of other negative factors, can lead to delinquent behavior. The abstract discusses the concept of "child", the concept of "juvenile", the responsibility of juveniles, and the procedure for juveniles.
