Abstract

In modern crime, in addition to economic, property and corruption crime, a large share is also occupied by drug crime. It includes the forms of criminal acts of natural and legal persons that are aimed at endangering people's health by undertaking various activities of production, processing or placing on the market of narcotic drugs (and similar substances and preparations), i.e. enabling other persons to enjoy narcotic drugs. All of these crimes are drug abuse crimes. This means that they are carried out according to a special type of object of attack - natural or synthetic narcotic drugs, that is, other similar substances and preparations whose concept, types and characteristics are determined by medical regulations.
