The Balanced Scorecard method retains measures of economical and management performance and supplements these measures with internal and external factors that drive future performances. An organization’s balanced scorecard can be established according to its mission, vision, and strategy. The balanced scorecard includes a series of targets and measurements and instructs members about the causeand-effect relationship in the organization’s strategy. In this paper authors have shown the use of BSC in road-traffic organization`s goals and how these goals and organizations perspectives can be improved.
