Promoting health through the media can help change the lifestyle in the Covid-19 pandemic, but a lot of caution is needed to maintain optimal health, which represents a balance of physical, emotional, social, mental and intellectual health. The aim of this paper is to point out the importance of health education through the mass media, which must contain ethical and educational principles with adequacy, modernity, permeation of theory and practice, which can be achieved through the engagement of professional health personnel in the mass media. The practical application of medical knowledge obtained through the mass media is limited, if there is no previously acquired theoretical knowledge, and the information is available to everyone. The duration of the Covid-19 pandemic and a large amount of information led to emotional exhaustion and anxiety, which is a general feeling of individuals regardless of their level of education and age. Health education through the mass media that can be adapted to people in a way that they can understand and comprehend, can be considered reliable and successful, and that is one of the greatest challenges in modern society.
