Abstract

Change management, as a constant task of managers and an integral part of managing the organization as a whole, is a general management process aimed at planning and implementing change so that the organization can function successfully and develop in conditions of continuous change in the environment. Accordingly, the change management process itself defines all the elements and all phases of the realization of the process itself. For the change management process itself, it is very important to determine whether the causes of changes are internal or external, then whether minor changes are needed that cover individual parts of the organization, or whether major changes are needed that cover the organization as a whole. Based on this, a general management technique can be created that shows the process of change management in the organization.
