The information system for motor vehicle maintenance is very complex and contains a large
number of processes, data flows, data stores and external objects. At the same time, a clear and
detailed specification of the system requires that the method of abstraction be applied to the
presentation of the system using DTP. This is achieved on the one hand by the hierarchical
decomposition of the process, and on the other hand by a specific way of displaying the structure
and content of data flows and storage in the data dictionary of the structural analysis system, with
possible hierarchical display of the structure of external objects, by creating modules.
