Abstract

FDIs represent the most important part of international capital flows. In the period from 2000 to date, a numerous measures and facilities, liberalized investments and transfer of capital have been made in the Republic of Srpska, with the aim to enable the greatest inflow of foreign investments. Based on the available data collected from several sources, it can be concluded that privatization was the main field through which investments in the economy of the Republic of Srpska came, which implies that there were insufficiently realized investment projects that would be of exporting nature. This paper analyzes the effect of FDI on the export of the Republic of Srpska by using free linear regression.
