Abstract

This paper presents the analysis of the results of research of the entrepreneurial
potential of young people in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in
order to answer the question of what are the resources, capabilities
and readiness of young people to develop entrepreneurship and realize
business enterprise? The survey was conducted on a sample of 546
respondents aged 19 to 35 years. In the first part we see literature as
well as the clarification of some general attitudes about entrepreneurship
as one, now increasingly important, branch of the economy using
the opinion of a significant number of authors who are engaged in
research in the field of entrepreneurship.
