Quality of family life in the north of Kosovo and Metohija

Abstract

This paper provides an analysis of family and everyday life of two
nuclear Serbian families living in the territory of the municipality
of Severna Kosovska Mitrovica. The families in question belong to
the working class and low-middle class respectively, the former being
urban, the latter rural. The paper aims at viewing, by means of
the method of qualitative analysis – case study and problem-centred
interview, mutual interdependence between the quality of
family relations, living space standard, and the overall quality of
life in the area concerned.
