Abstract

The healthcare as an integral part of medical protection is a professional sphere of medical nurses and technicians. The knowledge of yourself and your potentials, values and preferences is important for a career to be successful and planned. The determination of values and preferences in medical nurses-technicians profession is useful for an organization as well as for an individual and for the profession itself. The aim of this work was to determine categories that medical nurses-technicians pointed out, i.e. those that they preferred in the sphere of their work depending on their work experience.
