The predisposition of the basic error of attribution was regarded as a universal feature, unrelated to culture. More recently, the influence of culture on attribution has been confirmed by certain researches, so members of Western culture are more inclined to dispositions, and members of eastern culture, situational attributions. In psychology, persons prone to dispositional attribution are often called psychologists of the personality, and situational, social psychologists. In this paper, the factor of recent culture is introduced, which includes two categories: dealing with personality psychology and dealing with social psychology, and knowledge about this can significantly influence the court's decision to make a court decision in court proceedings. The first category in the research consists of students with fresh knowledge of psychology of personality (recently laid down the subject), while the second category consists of students with fresh knowledge in social psychology (recently passed). The second factor is half. So: Draft: two-factor 2 x 2: the effect of recent culture (study subject) and half, on the intensity of dispositional - situational attribution. Sample: balanced: 60 students blocked by study and sex (30 social psychologists, 30 psychologists - 15 men and 15 women in both samples). Procedure: Attachment 10 of social events is required from respondents. Control variables: the first variable is a global culture: all respondents are students from the Republic of Srpska, the other variable is the outcome of the estimated events (all 10 negative outcomes), and the third variable is the reference attributes (all the attributes of the interpersonal - refer to the behavior of others). Processing: two-factor BSD ANOVA. Results: The factor of sex is statistically significant (F (1.56) = 196.00; p = 0.045), while students are slightly more psychologists of the personality. There is no statistical significance of the study subject (F (1.56) = 25.00, p = 0.126, nor factor interaction (F (1.56) = 0.010; p = 0.92).
