Abstract

Marketing process consists of an analysis of market opportunities , develop marketing strategies, planning marketing programs and management marketing efforts. Implementation of the marketing strategy of a business which comes to the action plan, a series of activities which are based on an analysis of the market, customers , competitors and products implemented successful marketing process through various marketing plans. To implement the marketing concept, marketers need information about the needs, wants, and characteristics of target customers.
