THE INFLUENCE OF MANAGER SELECTION ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION AND SERVICE ENTERPRISES

Abstract

We live in a time of rapid, sudden unifying and destructive changes that essentially leave deep traces on the processes of functioning and parts of companies and society as a whole, which certainly opens new opportunities for many great opportunities if favorable new circumstances are skillfully and properly used, while others those unprepared (organizationally, personnel, production, management), expect great difficulties, losses and liquidations. This paper gives systematization and algorithm for the development activities of company. It points out the place and the role of manager election in the algorithm.
