Abstract

In recent decades, entrepreneurial competences have become a key success factor in agriculture, especially in the context of modernization and market competition. The subject of this paper is the research of the importance of entrepreneurial competences of farmers, with special reference to their abilities in management, innovation and market adaptation. The focus is on analyzing data collected from 102 respondents with the aim of identifying key competencies that enable farmers to function successfully in challenging market conditions. Research shows that farmers with developed entrepreneurial skills are more inclined to adopt new technologies, manage resources more efficiently and are better prepared for market competition. Through data analysis, the paper provides recommendations for improving the education and training of farmers in order to encourage their entrepreneurial abilities.
