E-DEMOCRACY CONCEPT – BASIS AND/OR ENHANCEMENT OF DIGITAL ORGANIZATION OF SOCIETY

Abstract

In this review paper we will give presentation
of several elements of electronic democracy
(onwards e-elements) and describe their
place and roles within the concept of e-democracy.
In addition to e-elements we will
describe two terms wherein are used all types
of mobile devices extensively.
