Abstract

Solution of the problem of unemployment is one of the biggest challenges all national economies are facing. The event of bankruptcy and its reorganization, just like the development of the Services have therefore been frequently linked with the creation of new jobs, being the best way to absorb surplus manpower and the problem of the fallen company. Significant successes in overcoming the problems of fallen companies have lately been achieved through bankruptcy and development of Services, mitigating many consequences of poor privatization and the consequences of war recessions and encouraging any economic recovery. The challenges of „timely bankruptcy and a service company“ and „service economy“ are growing in number owing to the great importance of adequate bankruptcy implementation and the importance of legal services as well as its strong participation in developed countries’ economy. The economic activity of a company determines the nature of the people’s way of living as well as the basis for measuring the standard of living and earning. The use of industrial business models for managing service-based corporations creates as little influence as the use of the farm model for company management. The activities related to the application of knowledge, application of valid legal regulations, innovation and technology appear for the sake of fulfilment of social and private goals.
