Abstract

Modern industry is facing the challenges of increasing efficiency and digital transformation. Lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 are key paradigms for addressing these challenges. This research examines the levels of implementation of Lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0. Using a survey questionnaire, data were collected on the level of implementation of these concepts and the performance of companies.
