Abstract

This research paper explores the role of artificial intelligence in talent management with a special focus on employee career development. Given the rapid changes in the labor market, it is crucial to understand that old concepts of talent management need to be modernized and improved in line with market changes and new business challenges. Managers should redefine jobs, focus on strategies for acquiring new skills and encourage continuous learning, and embrace artificial intelligence as a key tool in these processes. In this research paper, an attempt is made to recognize the problems of Bosnia and Herzegovina. companies in the context of talent management and career development by applying modern tools such as artificial intelligence. The research sample included employees from different sectors in Bosnia and Herzegovina to gain insight into the current situation and potential guidelines for future development. Through the analysis of the respondents’ experiences, they try to offer concrete recommendations for the improvement of talent management with the aim of improving the competitiveness and sustainability of the company on the market.
