Pupils and students expect the best possible service from their schools and colleges, as in all other spheres of life: quality and quantity of knowledge, modernity, functionality, decent price and the like. In Bosnia and Herzegovina, regardless of the possibilities provided by information technologies, the monitoring of work in schools has not changed significantly in the past 50 years. In the meantime, informatics has become an integral part of other subjects as well, but for now there are no indications that it will become a compulsory subject in lower grades.
