Global food crisis: current state of availability, safety and quality

Within unfavorable conditions, especially confronted with the numerous consequences of globalization, which are "created by" the powerful owners of the banking empire, multinational companies and military-industrial complex, the work deals with one of the most important global problems - "Food Crisis". More precisely, insufficient availability and worrying state of food safety is being considered, first of all, from the point of view of the reality that we are witnessing, but also from a vision that could follow in the time ahead - certainly having in mind that the decision makers must significantly change their approach and behavior.
