Abstract

Marketing, as a very important business activity of modern companies, regardless of their size, also suffers a certain level of change caused by the use of new ICTs. So today we have got a completely new form of marketing called digital marketing. The aim of the research was to learn about understanding and deploying digital marketing tools and techniques in the small and medium metal processing companies in Prijedor region. The results have shown alow level of companies’ information on marketing as the key business process and use of modern digital marketing for promotion and communication with clients.Although there is a large amount of distrust in online communication and media channels, metal processing companies in Prijedor, although shyly, are trying to get involved in contemporary trends in this domainof modern business.
